Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 22 June 2026

Public-preview use of the Playground does not require payment and has no refund implications.

You may cancel at any time from the account dashboard or by writing to billing@advaylabs.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month and prevents the next auto-renewal. Fees already paid for the current month are not refundable on a pro-rata basis, except where the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law requires otherwise, or where the service was materially unavailable due to a fault on our side.

Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within thirty (30) days of purchase if the platform has not been used substantively (defined as fewer than 20 validation jobs run on the account). After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable. Cancellation prevents auto-renewal at the end of the paid term.

Custom contracts (Tier 2 institutional, Tier 3 strategic) carry their own termination, refund and exit terms as set out in the signed engagement document. Those terms supersede this policy to the extent of any conflict.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment partner (Razorpay) and are typically credited within 5–7 business days of approval, subject to the processor’s and your bank’s timelines. Refunds are net of any taxes already remitted, adjusted as permitted under applicable GST law.

If you believe you have been charged in error, write to billing@advaylabs.com with the relevant invoice; we respond within 5 business days. Unresolved grievances may be escalated to our Grievance Officer, TO BE INSERTED — Grievance Officer name, at grievance@advaylabs.com (phone: TO BE INSERTED — contact number), who acknowledges within 48 hours and aims to resolve within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
